[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 00/11] bnxt patchset

This patchset based on top of the previous submission adds the following:
1) support for vector mode Tx and RX
2) HWRM API update (split into multiple patches)
3) fixes for RSS reta update and query

It also updates the release notes.
