[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] net/mlx5: change default flow engine to DV

[Dekel Peled]

The default flow engine is Verbs flow engine, for legacy reasons.
This patch changes the default to DV flow engine (dv_flow_en = 1).
Documentation is updated accordingly.
