Just to be more precise, the log level is defined as RTE_LOG_DEBUG, but
in few places you can find something like:

rte_log(RTE_LOG_ ## level, ntb_logtype, "%s(): " fmt "\n", \
__func__, ##args)
and usage like this:
NTB_LOG(DEBUG, "Link is not up.");
