[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v5 1/8] eal: move OS common functions to single file

talshn at mellanox.com talshn at mellanox.com
Tue Jun 9 12:31:32 CEST 2020

From: Tal Shnaiderman <talshn at mellanox.com>

Move common functions between Unix and Windows to eal_common_config.c.

Those simple functions are getter functions for IOVA,
configuration, Multi-process.

Move rte_config and runtime_dir to be defined in a common file.
