Meeting notes for the DPDK technical board meeting held on 2020-05-06

NOTE: The technical board meetings every second Wednesday on IRC channel  #dpdk-board, at 3pm UTC.
Meetings are public and DPDK community members are welcome to attend.

1) Testpmd maintainership
# Testpmd is big, not very actively maintained and all maintainers are from Intel.
# Request from Ferruh to have some volunteer from other vendors apart from Intel as maintainer.
# AI: TB team members to check with respective company and share the possibility of adding
maintainers for testpmd

2) Security team expansion
# To scale up on fixing the pending security issues, the Security team is looking for expansion.
# Stephen Hemminger elected as a new security team member by the Tech board.

3) Updates to BPF infrastructure
# Konstantin planning to send LD_ABS/_IND opcode support patch to the mailing list.

4) Next meeting will be on Wednesday 2020-05-20 @3pm UTC, and will be chaired by Kevin Traynor
