[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v3 05/23] net/dpaa2: allocate SGT table from first segment

This patch enables support to use the first segment
headroom to build the HW required Scatter Gather
Table. (if space is available).
This will avoid 1 less buffer for SG buffer creation.
