[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v1 12/12] net/sfc: support ethdev flow item

Add support for RTE_FLOW_ITEM_TYPE_ETHDEV which should be used
instead of ambiguous RTE_FLOW_ITEM_TYPE_PORT_ID.
