Some PMDs need session physical address which can be passed
to the hardware. But since sym_session_configure
does not allow PMD to get mempool object, the PMD cannot
call rte_mempool_virt2iova().
Hence the library layer need to calculate the iova for session
private data and pass it to the PMD.
