The proposed dates for the main milestones are:
Proposal deadline (RFC/v1 patches): 25 December 2022
API freeze (-rc1): 8 February 2023
PMD features freeze (-rc2): 1 March 2023
Builtin applications features freeze (-rc3): 8 March 2023
Release: 20 March 2023
