Verify v3 dpdk patch https://patchwork.dpdk.org/project/dpdk/list/?series=24667  based on latest main dpdk.
Test unit test passed on CentOS7.9.
meson test -C x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/ member_autotest member_perf_autotest
