2. Discussion of policy surrounding experimental APIs and moving them to
   stable/non-experimental

3. Scheduling of the review of Lab work plan for 2024.

4. Discussion of patch series:
    * Enhance link bond framework to support offload[1]
    * New l2fwd-macsec example application[2]

5. A.O.B.
