Hi David,
Sorry for the delayed response. Rahul and Raju are no longer working Chelsio. 
Currently, I am the cxgb maintainer. While we are looking for the replacemnt 
DPDK maintainer, I(bharat at chelsio.com) can be the interim maintainer for DPDK.
