[PATCH 13/17] doc: update the metadata description section

The description about the metadata of Tx direction
when using the firmware with NFDk is not correct.
Because of the exist of 8-bits metadata length, the
32-bits field type header contains only 6 4-bits
datatype specifiers rather than 8.
