[PATCH v5 5/5] doc: update ABI versioning guide

[Chengwen Feng]

Add a semicolon after RTE_EXPORT_INTERNAL_SYMBOL, RTE_EXPORT_SYMBOL and
RTE_EXPORT_EXPERIMENTAL_SYMBOL in the guide.
