[PATCH v10 3/4] net/zxdh: optimize Rx recv pkts performance

1. Add zxdh_recv_single_pkts fast path for single-segment RX.
2. Refactor scattered_rx decision and mirror it in
   zxdh_dev_mtu_set so MTU and scattered_rx stay consistent.
3. Remove unused xstats counters and dead struct fields, and
   fix data_off / hdr_size handling in the packed RX path.
