Andrew has recently finished extending cryptodev to allow for
configuration of algorithms and amount of operations, this patch will
be out soon.

We got the go-ahead from Thomas to work on porting over the following
test suites:
eventdev_pipeline_perf
pvp_multi_paths_virtio_single_core_performance
pvp_multi_paths_vhost_single_core_performance
