[PATCH v6 14/45] net/sxe2: fill MAC and queue counts in device info

Fill max_mac_addrs, nb_rx_queues and nb_tx_queues in
sxe2_dev_infos_get() so applications can query the maximum number of
MAC addresses and the queue counts.
