Hi Bruce,
I have added support for both Rx (strip) and Tx (insertion) for QinQ.
net/iavf: support QinQ strip
net/iavf: support QinQ insertion
Earlier only 0x8100 was supported partially. These commits add 0x88a8 as well as tightens 0x8100.
