[dts] Question about DDP .pkgo filed

GTP profile has been released, could download from below link.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27587
MPLS and ppp-oe-ol2tpv2 profile are not released by ND yet, 
the test plan and script may change according to code and profile update.
