grout v0.9.1

Hi all,

I am glad to announce the release of grout v0.9.1.

Release highlights (since 0.8.0):

* Fixed disappearing addresses and routes after nexthop expiration.
* Fixed crash on startup when no memory is available on NUMA 0.
* New datapath CPU set configuration API.
* API socket is now abstract and relies on CAP_NET_ADMIN for allowing
  clients (new dependency on libcap-devel).
* Port link speed exposed in the API.
