This is entirely best effort. The long term goal is to rely on
downstream packages from Centos/Fedora/Debian.

Until we get the correct version of FRR in the distros we build for, we
provide that RPM so that the grout plugin can be used.

If your goal is to run something in production, I wouldn't recommend
relying on our temporary package.
