Description in SPP is just "sample" for letting user understand how 
he/she can start spp.
Describing minimum memory required maybe done in future doc update.

2.
About "problem-3", please let us know
why you are saying "we all agree starting secondary leads to 1GB consumption"?
>From hugepage consumption view point, no additional memory consumption when
starting secondary.
