Note it hasn't been pushed to http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk-stable yet.
It will be pushed if I get no objections before 11/01/17. So please

In enic_alloc_consistent() function, if rte_malloc for mze is failed,
!mze is true, memzone should be freed and function should return NULL.
