    examples/flow_filtering: add snippets using jump
    
    Added the option to jump to a specific group.
    snippets that are not supported on the root table can now call
    create_jump_flow to jump to other group.
    
    Added three new snippets that uses the jump flow:
    - match Network Service Header (NSH) snippet
    - match RoCE IB BTH opcode/dest_qp snippet
    - Switch Granularity rule matching snippet
