Subject: [PATCH] raw/ifpga: target main tree not next-net-intel
This patch updates the MAINTAINERS file to remove the next-net-intel tree
reference for the raw/ifpga driver, as it is not a network driver and is
now maintained by Altera.

The change looks correct and addresses the stated issue. The raw/ifpga
driver should indeed target the main tree rather than next-net-intel.
No coding style issues, resource leaks, or guideline violations detected.
