Does the mailmap format require both old and new emails on the same line
to properly map the historical address? According to git-shortlog
documentation, the format should be "Proper Name <commit at email.xx>
<proper at email.xx>" to map the commit email to the proper email. Should
this line read:

Patrick Robb <patrickrobb1997 at gmail.com> <probb at iol.unh.edu>

This way git tooling can associate past commits from the old address with
the new address.
