    net/ice: replace unnecessary hugepage memory allocations
    
    As with the i40e and iavf drivers, in ice driver we allocate memory
    using rte_malloc for temporary variables within a function. These
    variables do not need to be allocated from hugepage memory and can
    either be dynamically allocated using regular malloc, or else statically
    allocated on the stack if they are of a fixed size known at compile
    time.
    
    Remove unnecessary rte_malloc/zmalloc calls in:
    * RSS redirection table (RETA) handling
    * MAC address handling
    * Raw pattern parsing
    * Flow pattern matching
