    dts: update cryptography dep version
    
    On ppc64le, Poetry installs cryptography 44.0.0 from source because
    no prebuilt wheel is available. This resulting wheel includes a
    top-level "tests" package.
    
    DTS discovers test suites via importing the "tests" package.
    Since DTS tests are a namespace package, the cryptography regular
    package shadows and supersedes DTS tests.
    
    As a result, AVAILABLE_TEST_SUITES is empty and DTS fails to load
    any configuration:
    
    test_suites.0
        Assertion failed, hello_world is not a valid test suite module
        name.
    
    Updating cryptography resolves this conflict.
