Using dpdk on IB only ConnectX7 NIC

Hi,

We have an IB-only Mellanox ConnectX7 NIC(MCX75510AAS-NEAT) and try to bind
dpdk to this NIC. However, we have noticed some errors when proceeding.

According to this page <https://doc.dpdk.org/guides/nics/mlx5.html>, it
looks like the poll mode driver only works on ethernet mode instead of IB
mode. I wonder if my understanding is correct or if there is any other
approach to set up our NIC?
