bnxt: How to get RSS hash value with RTE flows?

Hi DPDK team



With DPDK 26.03 and the BNXT PMD, we are using RTE flows with an RSS action
to direct some traffic to multiple queues. Is there a way to get the hash
value in the mbuf for these packets? The hash.rss field is reporting 0 for
this case for all mbufs.
