i.MX95 ENETC4

Hi,
I'm currently trying to bring up DPDK 25.11 (ENETC4) on an NXP i.MX95 SoC. The documentation mentions a dependency on NXP Linux LF - could you please confirm the minimum required LF version?
Additionally, are there any other prerequisites I should be aware of (e.g., silicon revision, kernel version, firmware requirements, device tree configuration, etc.)?
My setup includes:
* Toradex Verdin i.MX95 EVK: https://www.toradex.com/de/computer-on-modules/verdin-arm-family/nxp-imx95-evaluation-kit
* Toradex Verdin i.MX95 SoM: https://www.toradex.com/de/computer-on-modules/verdin-arm-family/nxp-imx95
I attempted to run it on the Verdin SoM, but the PMD consistently reports "Link status down".
