DPDK 24.11 - i40e - Recommended Firmware Version 9.52 Removed

Firmware 9.52 is missing only from the Linux download page. 
It is still available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18190/832163/nvm-update-utility-for-intel-ethernet-network-adapter-700-series.html
