I agree, it should be LGPL-2.1.
The files are already declaring LPGL-2.1 in their headers:
	- drivers/net/avp/rte_avp_common.h
	- drivers/net/avp/rte_avp_fifo.h
	- lib/librte_eal/linuxapp/eal/include/exec-env/rte_kni_common.h

I suggest to send a v3 to update it.
