It isn't base DPDK, but the goal is closed.  it has been deployed in the production environment of SINA Weibo  (The largest Chinese Twitter)  . In a chinese review,  http://www.oschina.net/question/12_181346, his coder said he decided to improve the linux kernel rather than develop a new TCP stack on DPDK.
